🔹 For purchases via invoice, please submit your details in the Invoice Payment Request Form.
🔹Approved cancellations will receive a refund minus a cancellation fee of the lower of 5% of the ticket price or ₪90.
🔹After this period, tickets are non-refundable. However, tickets are transferable up to 48 hours before the event.

🔸If the event is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. You’ll be notified, and can request a full refund within 14 days of the announcement.
